The main manufacturing process of the inverter shell includes the following steps:
1. Stamping and forming: Put the steel plate into the punching machine, move the punching machine up and down and apply pressure in the mold, so that the steel plate is cut, formed, etc., and the subsequent flanging, punching and other work are performed in the punching machine. In this process step, the initial thickness of the steel plate is about 2mm, and the mold of the punching machine is processed by CNC and EDM. The manufactured shell requires high dimensional accuracy, good surface flatness, perfect appearance, and no creases.
2. Stretch forming: On the stretching machine, the formed shell is stretched to achieve the required size and shape. The steel plate can be treated with baking paint to enhance the waterproof and corrosion resistance of the shell.
In this process step, each stretching machine is controlled by numerical control to achieve the functions of fine-tuning size and improving efficiency.
3. Welding and grinding: After the stretching is completed, the steel plate is welded, and the sheet metal is put on the line, and finally polished to obtain a better surface quality. In this process step, welding needs to be fixed and focused to ensure that the welding process meets the process requirements, and at the same time enhances the strength and sealing of the shell.
4. Surface treatment: The finished inverter casing needs to be sprayed so that it can be
Enhance the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the shell, and improve the appearance quality. In this process step, the selection of spraying materials needs to be strictly in accordance with industrial standards. When spraying, care should be taken to properly protect the spraying machine to ensure that the quality and effect of spraying meet the requirements.
